Take Notice that the Castle Shannon Borough Planning Commission at its regularly scheduled meeting to be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Castle Shannon Municipal Center, 3310 McRoberts Road, Castle Shannon, PA 15234, will review and consider the Conditional Use Application of Life Tribute Realty and thereafter present a recommendation to Borough Council. The proposed use is a minor land development to subdivide the property located at parcel #250-B-82 (3827 Willow Avenue Rear) to create two separate lots in a C-2 zoning district behind Laughlin's Funeral Home (1008 Castle Shannon Boulevard).
Castle Shannon Borough Council, at their regularly scheduled meeting of August 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., will review the Conditional Use Application for approval under the Borough of Castle Shannon Zoning Ordinance.
The meetings will be open to the public and comments about the proposed conditional use are welcomed. Information about the conditional use application is available at the Borough offices during normal business hours.
