THE ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, MAY 26, 2026 AT 7:00 PM, AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING TO HEAR THEFOLLOWING CASES:
CASE NO. 26-07 - The applicants, Matt & Alli Shaginaw, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 879, ARTICLE V, SECTION 310-5.6.10, SUBSECTION C for a shed that does not meet the 20' side and rear setback requirement by approximately 15' each, on property located at 5190 Ranalli Drive.
CASE NO. 26-08 - The applicants, Margaret Reidy & Ira Handler, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 879, ARTICLE V, SECTION 310-5.6.1, SUBSECTION D, PARAGRAPH B; for a proposed detached garage located in front of the leading edge of the primary structure, on property located at 3090 Woodland Road.
CASE NO. 26-09 - The applicant, David Mullinary, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 879, ARTICLE V, SECTION 310-5.6.2, SUBSECTIONS B & E, for a front yard fence that exceeds the 4' height limit by approximately 2' and which unfinished sides face outward toward adjoining properties; and SECTION 310-5.6.1, SUBSECTION A and SECTION 310-5.6.9, SUBSECTION C for a shed that is on a vacant lot and does not meet the required setbacks; and SECTION 310-5.6.1, SUBSECTION A & D(B) and 310-5.6.3, SUBSECTION A, for an above-ground swimming pool that is partially on a vacant lot, is located in front of the leading edge of the primary structure and does not meet required setbacks, on property located at 3903 Sweeney Road.
CASE NO. 26-10 - The applicant, Edward Csellar, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 879, ARTICLE V, SECTION 310-5.6.10, SUBSECTION C for a detached garage that does not meet the 20' side setback requirement by approximately 14', on property located at 3930 Kahn Avenue.
