TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a regular meeting to be held January 21, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, intends to consider the following applications:
Subdivision Application SS-26-01-01 submitted by Nicolette Flaherty for The Flaherty-Munsch Plan, a simple subdivision application for lot line revisions at the properties located at 191 Wallingford Drive and 3509 Washington Lane in the R-2 zoning district.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of McCandless Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting to conduct its regular business Wednesday, January 28th, 2026, at 7:00 PM. During this meeting, the Board will conduct public hearings on the following application(s):
