THE ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2026 AT 7:00 PM, AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASES:
CASE NO. 26-11 - The applicant, Douglas Nury, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 879, ARTICLE V, SECTION 310-5.6.1, SUBSECTION D, PARAGRAPH B, for a proposed generator located in front of the leading edge of the primary structure (toward Henrich Farm Lane), on property located at 4275 Green Glade Court.
CASE NO. 26-12 - The applicants, James & Cathy Mall, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 879, ARTICLE III, SECTION 3.3.5 for a detached garage that does not meet the 50' right-of-way setback requirement by approximately 12' (toward Sample Road), on property located at 4450 Oak Lane.
CASE NO. 26-13 - The applicant, Dino Macerelli, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 879, ARTICLE V, SECTION 310-5.6.9, SUBSECTION B for a proposed shed that does not meet the 10' side setback requirement by approximately 7', on property located at 3930 2844 McCully Road.
CASE NO. 26-14 - The applicant, Dennis Farkos, is requesting a variance for a detached garage that does not meet the 30' right-of-way setback requirement established by the recorded plan by approximately 2', on property located at 2405 Willow Oak Drive.
CASE NO. 26-15 - The applicant, Michael Cook, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 879, ARTICLE III, SECTION 3.3.5; and ARTICLE V, SECTION 310-5.6.1, SUBSECTION D, PARAGRAPH B, for a proposed shed that does not meet the 40' right-of-way setback requirement by approximately 3'8" and is located in front of the leading edge of the primary structure (toward Meadowridge Lane), on property located at 3131 Haberlein Road.
