TAKE NOTICE that by order of the Town of McCandless Code Enforcement Officer, the structure located at 35 Oxford Ct, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, Allegheny County Tax Parcel ID No. 824-C-741-35, owned by Mr. Timothy Walkowiak & Richelle Hartley, has been issued a Notice of Structure Unfit for Human Occupancy, Notice of Condemnation and Order to Vacate, dated July 7, 2025, pursuant to Section 715.08(d) of the Town of McCandless Property Maintenance Code. Vacation of the Structure is ordered by no later than July 14, 2025, and occupancy is prohibited as of July 14, 2025.
