NOTICE is hereby given that the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) has scheduled In-Person and Telephonic Public Input Hearings in the above-captioned proceeding. The hearings will facilitate the reception of public comment on the Joint Application which seeks approval to effect a change of control of Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc., Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater, Inc., and Peoples Natural Gas Company LLC.

Individuals wishing to testify at in-person hearings must sign up at the hearing location. Pre-registration is not available for in-person hearings. Individuals wishing to testify at the telephonic public input hearings are encouraged to pre-register by 12:00 noon on Monday, April 27, 2026, although pre-registration is not required. Failure to pre-register may result in not being called to testify. Individuals wishing to testify at a telephonic public input hearing may pre-register by email or telephone. To pre-register by email, contact the Presiding Officers' Legal Assistant, Cadi Eberly, at caeberly@pa.gov. To pre-register by telephone, call the Administrative Law Judges' office at (412) 565-3550 and leave a message. Pre-registration should include (1) the individual's first and last name, (2) the hearing date and time at which the individual wishes to testify, (3) the telephone number to be used to participate in the hearing, and, (4) if an interpreter is required, the language requested. Individuals may also provide an email address and an alternate contact telephone number. If assistance is needed, another person may pre-register on behalf of an individual, provided all required information is supplied. One person may also pre-register for multiple individuals within the same household, provided the required information is submitted for each individual. Individuals requiring an interpreter are encouraged to pre-register as soon as possible. Requests made close to the hearing date may limit the Commission's ability to secure an interpreter, although every reasonable effort will be made. The Telecommunications Relay Service (TTY) for persons who are deaf or hearing-impaired is 711. Any individual intending to present documents or exhibits at a public input hearing must submit one copy to the Presiding Officers via their Legal Assistant at caeberly@pa.gov and one copy to each active party of record. All exhibits must be received by noon on the business day immediately preceding the hearing and must be properly pre-marked for identification.
