OFFICIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 553
On July 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Municipal Building located at 400 North Branch Road, Oakdale, PA 15071, the North Fayette Township Board of Supervisors, shall hold a public hearing to inform and take public comment on the following proposed Ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. 553:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF NORTH FAYETTE, ALLEGHENY COUNTY,
PENNSYLVANIA, PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS TO PUBLIC STREETS, AS WELL AS SIDEWALKS / CURBS, LOCATED AT THE "POINTE," AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
Summary of the Proposed Ordinance: The proposed Ordinance provides for and authorizes construction,
reconstruction, and/or other improvements to certain public streets and sidewalks, which are further depicted as attached to the Ordinance, located in a depicted area described as "The Pointe," as well as providing for cost assessments for the same. Such improvements will involve key roadways including Summit Park Dr., Andrew Dr., Chauvet Dr., Home Dr., Park Lane Dr., and North Fayette Boulevard. That same evening, the Board of Supervisors will consider, and may enact, the above captioned Ordinance. The full proposed ordinance may be examined during normal business hours at the Municipal Building. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in this meeting, please contact the Department of Administration at (724) 693-3118. Notification at least 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the Township to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to this meeting.
