The schedule of Port Authority of Allegheny County d/b/a Pittsburgh Regional Transit's (PRT) Regular Board Meetings for calendar year 2026 is January 30, February 27, March 27, April 30, May 29, June 26, July 24, September 25, October 23 and November 20. The Annual Meeting will be held on January 30, 2026, prior to the January 30, 2026 Regular Board Meeting. Unless otherwise publicly advertised, all Regular Board Meetings will be conducted in a hybrid, in-person and online manner. All meetings will be held in the Neal H. Holmes Board Room, 345 Sixth Avenue, Fifth Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-2527 and will commence at 9:30 AM, EST. Those attending Regular Board Meetings in person must comply with any health and safety orders that may be in effect at the time of the subject meeting(s) and notice of any such health and safety orders, if applicable, will be posted on PRT's website. Members of the public who wish to participate in Regular Board Meetings remotely may do so via an online or telephone Microsoft Teams connection.
To pre-register for attendance at a Regular Board Meeting, please visit https://www.rideprt.org/inside-Pittsburgh-Regional-Transit/Board/board-meeting-form-page/ and follow the onscreen instructions and prompts or contact PRT Customer Service at 412.442.2000 to pre-register. Pre-registration for Regular Board Meetings must be completed by 8:30 AM, EST, the morning of the subject Regular Meeting you want to attend is scheduled to take place. Members of the public who cannot obtain online or telephone access via the Microsoft Teams connection, or cannot pre-register by the stated deadline, may also participate remotely by calling the Assistant Board Secretary at 412.566.5510 where you will be provided with a call-in number and code. For members of the public who do not pre-register and attend in person, every effort will be made to accommodate additional seating, but pre-registration will be utilized to determine priority of seating and standing if the room reaches its legal maximum capacity. Please note that members of the public who wish to register to address the Board at a Regular Board Meeting may also do so using the above web link (https://www.rideprt.org/inside-Pittsburgh-Regional-Transit/Board/board-meeting-form-page/) and following the onscreen instructions and prompts or by contacting PRT Customer Service at 412.442.2000 to pre-register. For those without online access, PRT continues to accept registrations via hand delivery or regular postal mail at Pittsburgh Regional Transit, Attention: Assistant Board Secretary, 345 Sixth Avenue, Third Floor, Pittsburgh PA 15222-2527, or via fax at (412) 566-5111. Those registering to speak will be asked to indicate whether they intend to address the Board in person or online. Registration must be completed and received by PRT by no later than midnight two (2) business days prior to the subject Regular Board Meeting is scheduled to take place. Anyone who timely registers to address the Board at a Regular Board Meeting may also be contacted by PRT staff prior to the subject Regular Board Meeting with additional instructions on addressing the Board in-person or via remote access, as applicable and dependent on the total number of registered speakers and if the room is anticipated to reach its legal maximum capacity.

As to each set of Board Committee Meetings, the Planning and Stakeholder Relations Committee meetings will commence at 8:30 AM, EST. The Finance Committee meetings will commence immediately following the conclusion of the Planning and Stakeholder Relations Committee meetings. The Performance Oversight Committee meetings will commence immediately following the conclusion of the Finance Committee meetings. The Technology Committee meetings will commence immediately following the conclusion of the Performance Oversight Committee meetings. The Financial Audit Committee will hold its annual meeting following the conclusion of the Technology Committee meeting on January 22, 2026.
