RFP MOVING SERVICES
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Bethel Park School District, (District) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Moving Services related to classroom and educational materials. The deadline for receipt of sealed proposals is March 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Sealed proposals must be received by this deadline at the following location:
Sealed Proposals: Prospective Bidder or Designated Representative will deliver one (1) original and two (2) copies to the following address:

The package should be clearly marked: RFP - Moving Services. Proposals must be submitted with bidder name and address clearly marked on front of envelope. Any proposal received after the date and time listed above will be returned and will not be considered.The Superintendent of Schools shall have the authority to waive any requirement in part or in whole as deemed necessary. Copies of the Request for Proposal and any related documents are available on the Bethel Park School District website: http://www.bpsd.org
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and walkthrough for this project will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. beginning at the Administration Office location:

Bids will be awarded at the meeting of the Board of School Directors on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
