NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Findlay Township Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following petitions at its meeting on March 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Findlay Township Municipal Building, 1271 Route 30, Clinton, PA.
Hearing No. 26-04: A zoning application from Robert & Jennifer Pass requesting a Variance from Section 117.316.2.1 of the Findlay Township Zoning Ordinance, and any other zoning relief as required, to construct a 384 sq. ft. storage garage in the side yard on the property at 1091 Clinton Road, Clinton, PA within the Village District (VLD) Zoning District.
Hearing No. 26-05: A zoning application from Jeffrey Bassano requesting a Lot Width Variance from Section 117.405.6 of the Findlay Township Zoning Ordinance, and any other zoning relief as required, to allow a lot width of 90 feet where 100 feet is the minimum to construct a single family dwelling on the property at 448 Aten Road, Coraopolis, Pa, within the Medium Density Residential (MDR) Zoning District.
Hearing No. 26-06: A zoning application from Burgettstown Road Associates, LLC requesting a Use by Special Exception from Section 117.704.3 of the Findlay Township Zoning Ordinance, and any other zoning relief as required, for outdoor storage, sales or display areas accessory to a principle use at Parcel A of Ridge Road Industrial Park along Burgettstown Road, Imperial, PA within the Light Industrial (LI) Zoning District.
Hearing No. 26-07: A zoning application from Benjamin McVay requesting a Variance from Section 117.316.2.1 of the Findlay Township Zoning Ordinance, and any other zoning relief as required, to construct a storage garage in the side yard on the property at 386 Hebron Road, Imperial, PA within the Agricultural (AG) Zoning District
