THE ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2026 AT 7:00 PM, AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASES:
CASE NO. 26-04 - The applicant, David Caro, is requesting a determination appeal for a noise violation from the car wash that exceed the allowable limits of the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, ARTICLE X, SECTION 310-62, Subsection B, and Chapter 202 of the Hampton General Code, on property located at 2895 Wildwood Road Extension.
CASE NO. 26-05 - The applicant, Casey Walsh on behalf of John Wang, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 310-128, TABLE A, for a front deck that does not meet the 40' right-of-way setback requirement by approximately 3'1, on property located at 4978 Meadow Crest Drive.
CASE NO. 26-06 - The applicant, William & Laura English, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 310, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 310-128, TABLE A, for a front deck that does not meet the 40' right-of-way setback requirement by approximately 14'2", on property located at 2837 Tremonte Lane.
