OFFICIAL ROSS TOWNSHIP NOTICE
The monthly meeting of the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will be held at the Ross Township Municipal Building (see the website Ross.pa.us for more details) on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to review the following application(s):
NEW BUSINESS
ZHB-3-26 Robert and Lynn Rosenberger request a variance from §27-202 to permit an accessory structure without a principal building and a 180 sq. ft. variance from the 720 sq. ft. size limitation of §27-906.6.D.(1)(d) for the construction of a garage on property located at Sangree Road with Parcel ID Number 432 - B - 189 in an R-1 Zoning District of the 2nd Ward.
ZHB-4-26 Michael Ulrich requests a 1 ft. variance from the side yard setback requirement under §27-906.6.D.(1)(b) and a 8 ft. variance rear yard setback requirement under §27-906.6.D.(1)(c) for the construction of a 500 sq. ft. accessory structure, and a 20 ft. variance from the rear yard setback requirement and a 5 ft. variance from the side yard setback requirement under §27- 907 for the construction of an addition on a single-family dwelling on property located at 116 Snowden Drive with Parcel ID Number 349-K-20 in an R-1 Zoning District of the 4th Ward.
ZHB-5-26 Sheffler and Company, Inc. on behalf of Penn Book LLC/Half Price Books requests a variance from the parking requirements of §27-906.4.A.(2) to permit 8 fewer spaces than required for the construction of an addition to the building on property located at 4808 McKnight Road with Parcel ID Number 352 - L - 18 in a C-1 Zoning District of the 1st Ward.
ZHB-6-26 Swelc Property Holding Co., LLC requests a variance from the parking requirements of §27-906.2.F.(3) to permit 6 fewer spaces than the required 15 for the operation of a daycare on property located at 7725 McKnight Road with Parcel ID Number 517 - H - 169 in a C-1 Zoning District of the 8th Ward.
