The monthly meeting of the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will be held at the Ross Township Municipal Building (see the website Ross.pa.us for more details) on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to review the following application(s):
NEW BUSINESS
ZHB-3-26 Robert and Lynn Rosenberger request a variance from §27-202 to permit an accessory structure without a principal building and a 180 sq. ft. variance from the 720 sq. ft. size limitation of §27-906.6.D.(1)(d) for the construction of a garage on property located at Sangree Road with Parcel ID Number 432 - B - 189 in an R-1 Zoning District of the 2nd Ward.
