ZHB-24-25 Cheryl Anne Hasenbein requests a 630 sq. ft. variance from the 720 sq. ft. size limitation of §27-906.6.D.(1)(d) and a 21 ft. variance from the 14 ft. height limitation of §27-906.6.D.(1)(d) to permit a 1250 sq. ft. garage to house classic cars and equipment on property located at 117 Simon Avenue with Parcel ID Number 431 - N - 129 in an R-1 Zoning District of the 8th Ward.
