The KEYSTONE OAKS SCHOOL DISTRICT will receive sealed bids for the replacement of five (5) penthouse air handlers at the Keystone Oaks Middle School. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, May 31st, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.. The meeting location will be at Keystone Oaks Middle School, located at 1000 Kelton Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15216. Mechanical contractors must be present and sign in.
The Keystone Oaks School District will receive sealed bids at the District Administration Office until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 11th, 2021. Bids must be time stamped at the Administration Office located at the High School, at 1000 Kelton Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15216.
Note: All bidders must provide HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineering by a licensed P.A. Professional Engineer. Bidders must provide stamped drawings for Permit and Construction.
Bids received after this date or not delivered properly to the Administration Office will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing time. Bid security in the amount of ten percent of the bid must accompany each bid.
The Keystone Oaks School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
