ORDINANCE NO. 547
On December 16, 2025, at 6:00 PM, at the Municipal Building located at 400 North Branch Road, Oakdale, PA 15071, the Board of Supervisors, at its regularly scheduled public meeting, shall inform, and take public comment, on the following proposed Ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. 547: AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF NORTH FAYETTE, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 1, PART 28, OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE OF ORDINANCES, MAKING VARIOUS CHANGES TO THE PERSONNEL SYSTEM.
Summary of the proposed Ordinance Amendment: The proposed Ordinance is an omnibus amendment making various miscellaneous changes to the personnel system for the Township.
On December 16, 2025, at its regularly scheduled public meeting, or at a duly scheduled regular public meeting thereafter, the Board of Supervisors will consider, and may enact, the above captioned Ordinance. The proposed ordinance may be viewed at the Municipal Building during normal business hours. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to participate in this meeting, please contact the Department of Administration at (724) 693-3118. Notification at least 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the Township to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to this meeting.
