NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 1327
Notice is hereby given that Brentwood Borough Council is considering the adoption of Ordinance No. 1327. Said ordinance would revise Chapter 152 of the Borough Code to set updated regulations for parades and assemblages on public property. A complete copy of the text of this ordinance is available for review at the Brentwood Municipal Building during regular business hours or online at www.brentwoodboro.com. It is anticipated that Council will consider formal adoption of this ordinance during its February 16, 2026 business meeting. Such meeting will take place at 7:30PM at the Brentwood Municipal Building, which is located at 3735 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227.

Melvin Drive Storm Sewer Relocation
BID OPENING - Sealed bids shall be submitted online via the PennBid Program until 11:00 A.M. local time Monday, March 2, 2026, at which time all bids will become publicly available.
Equipment and Services to be provided shall be according to the specifications which are on file at the office of KLH ENGINEERS, INC., 5173 Campbells Run Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15205, and at the Borough Office.
All plans and specifications are available online at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Contractor shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012.
BIDDER'S SURETY A certified check payable to the Borough of West Mifflin or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected.
SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER -- the Borough of West Mifflin fully complies with the provisions of this act. All qualified bidders are invited to submit a proposal.
