TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Municipality of Monroeville has scheduled their monthly meeting for Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at or about 7:00 p.m., in Council Chambers in the Monroeville Municipal Building, 2700 Monroeville Boulevard, Monroeville, Pennsylvania. At this time and place, the Zoning Hearing Board will hear the following requests, as well as those that may have been continued from previous meetings.

Applicant requests a Dimensional Variance from Article V, Section 504.I.1) Billboard and/or Outdoor Advertising Sign of the Monroeville Zoning Ordinance, No. 2779, as amended, to erect a two-sided billboard within five hundred (500) feet of a conservancy zoning district. The proposed billboard is to be located on a property that is vacant and located along Route 286 Golden Mile Highway and identified as Tax Parcel 1107-H-325 (on the southern side of the Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT) park and ride facility), in the BLVD, Boulevard Zoning District.
