Congratulations to Amanda Felicia Foote.
Amanda made her Broadway stage debut in the long running Tony award winning performance of "The Book of Mormon." Her opening night debut was on February 4, 2020, at The Eugene O'Neil Theater NYC.
Amanda attended school here in Pittsburgh PA. She trained in musical theater at the Pittsburgh CLO academy. She completed 3 years of conservatory study at Point Park University, but anxious to experience NYC, she left Pittsburgh to study at AMDA College and Conservatory of Performing Arts (AMDA) in NYC graduating from the Los Angeles campus of AMDA in 2014.
Since graduating she has performed in the US Broadway tour of The Lion King, The Book of Mormon Sydney, Australia production, and the US Tour of The Book of Mormon where she had the opportunity to perform in the show here in Pittsburgh on the stage of the Heinz Hall theater April 2019. She has performed in several of the Pittsburgh Musical Theater (PMT) productions including the lead role as Deloris Van Cartier in Sister Act.
Amanda is the daughter of Kimberly Davis [Foote] and sister of Ashley F. Baskin. Break A Leg Amanda!
