FOR TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS
IN RE: Daniel Lamont Watson a/k/a Daniel Watson, a minor. NO-AP-122-2025 in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
TO: Desiree Arlene Watson and The Unknown Father, parents of Daniel Lamont Watson a/k/a Daniel Watson, a male minor, born on April 14, 2025 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
A petition has been filed asking the court to put an end to all rights you have to your child, Daniel Lamont Watson a/k/a Daniel Watson. The court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to your child. That hearing will be held at the Family Court Building, 550 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on January 20, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.. (Prevailing Eastern Time), before the Honorable Paul E. Cozza. You are warned that even if you fail to appear at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you and your rights to your child may be ended by the court without your being present.
