FOR TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS
IN RE: Emmanuel Jahsah Thomas a/k/a Emanuel Thomas, a minor, NO. CP-02-AP-87-2026, a minor in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
TO: Judea McKenzie Thomas and Unknown Father, parents of Emmanuel Jahsah Thomas a/k/a Emanuel Thomas, a male minor, born on January 22, 2024, in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
A petition has been filed asking the court to put an end to all rights you have to your child, Emmanuel Jahsah Thomas a/k/a Emanuel Thomas. The court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to your child. That hearing will be held at the Family Court Building, 550 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on September 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Prevailing Eastern Time), before the Lisa G. Middleman.
