The Penn Hills Zoning Hearing Board will convene its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Wednesday March 28th, 2018 at 7:00 P.M., in the Penn Hills Municipal Building, Council Chambers, at 12245 Frankstown Road Pittsburgh PA 15235 to consider the following:
Case #2 of 2018: Heartland Restaurant Group LLC, Agent for Penn Hills RE LLC is requesting a sign variance of ten (10) additional square feet for the property located at 7315 Saltsburg Road lot and block # 296-B-88.
Case #3 of 2018: Marlon Ferguson Agent for Veterans Place at Washington Boulevard is requesting a use variance to permit the operation of a Group Care Facility and installation of micro homes for the property located at (Vacant Land) Jefferson Road, lot and block # 539-N-172.
Case #4 of 2018: Timothy B Dubean of 649 Valemont Drive, lot and block # 538-A-191, is requesting a variance to construct a 6'x8' shed in the front yard area within five (5) feet of the property line.
Case #5 of 2018: Rebekah gabud of 123 Ashley Drive, lot and block 447-F-294, is requesting a special exception and for the possession and keeping of five (4) chickens on said property.
Case #6 of 2018: Jean A Fetterman of 634 Elm Drive, lot and block 446-H-176, is requesting a Home Occupation Special Exception, to permit the operation of the home business Pappy's Kettle Corn LLC on said property.
