The documents will be

14, 2019 and signed, sealed
bids will be accepted until
11:00 A.M. on February 1,
2019 at which time they will
be Time and Date Stamped at
100 Ross Street 2nd Floor,

15219, at which time they will
be opened and read aloud.

documentation.
