SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER,
PRODUCER (CANONSBURG, PA):
Lead the creation of project management plans that define the project scope, assumptions, risks and overall project approach including project resource needs, high level timelines and project communications. Develop and administer project budgets, schedules and performance standards. Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle. Mentor, coach, and train others team members in project management best practices. Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from the original scope of each project. Assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses in scope, on schedule and within budget. Drive compliance with the IT Quality processes and Mylan SDLC process, including the IT change management and quality testing process. Communicate project status to the project steering committee and other stakeholders as appropriate. Manage project issues and risks and escalate when necessary. Ensure the development of quality plans and direction of quality testing. Foster creative approaches to problem solving in a way that maintains focus on the delivery of a quality products that meet our business needs. Collaborate with the business support team to ensure that our technology is providing valuable capabilities to our customers. Measure and deliver on project goals and ensure that objectives are achieved. Set performance objectives and incorporate feedback from the team to the organization for continuous improvement. Direct team activities from planning to closure on medium to large scale projects. Perform project planning, resource management, issue and risk management, and status reporting. Manage the full project management life cycle from initiation to closing. Reqts: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the position offered or related position, including 5 years of experience with: Leading and managing projects from initiation through go-live, including developing and administering resources, schedules and performance standards, and ensuring the project scope is meeting business requirements; Authoring, managing, and reviewing documents including change requests, technical documents, test protocols and reports, risk management documents, and project plans, and adhering to the quality standards of the company; Implementing, testing and validating the publishing and registration systems in a GxP environment; Proactively provide support and resolve delivery related issues to ensure projects delivery on time; Perform vendor management across various solutions for Regulatory Affairs during the system selection and perform system enhancements to ensure the system is up to date with regulatory standards and in compliance with health authorities standards across the globe; Provide communications on project status, including risk mitigation, milestones achievements, deliverables/activities to executive sponsors and steering committee members through presentations.
