OFFICE MANAGER

Mistick Construction, a Pittsburgh based company, is seeking qualified candidates for an Office Manager position. Successful candidate must be a mature individual with at least 5 years' experience working with management in a fast paced environment. Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining office equipment, cell phones, and computers; scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for management; having a working knowledge of support staff duties; working with HR to hire and supervise office staff, and update and maintain office policies. Excellent communication and time management skills and proficiency in MS Office programs a must. Construction related experience and experience with Sharepoint, Constructware, and COINS Accounting software a plus.
